This Spanish style complex was completed in 1931 and stands out amongst the famous row of apartments buildings along Fountain Ave. Rich in history and lore, I hope to restore some of the old charm and character that has been lost in previous remodels.
The 18 unit apartment building was built in 1931 by famed architect William Hawptman.
It was once home to Marilyn Monroe.
